Welcome To The Treo Central Forums
I recently posted the following about a voice memo program I'd like.
http://discussion.treocentral.com/showthread.php?t=170898
I'm pasting it here:
You activate Voice command with your headset and say:
"Voice Note" or "record Note"
The prompter lady says: "Record note..BEEP"
You say, "Two Inch Drywall Screws" And whatever voice command to end recording, like "Stop" or push the headset button..whatever works.
In a submenu in the voice memo program you check an option that causes all bluetooth voice memos for that day to be apended to a single (continuous) note file with the days date for a file name. and other options like simply append to one continuous note... which is probably what I'd do.
The append thing is important because short voice memos aren't worth the trouble to manage.
Advanced features would be to create a folder with a name of a category in your documents for specific note types, ie. "Materials"
Your command would be "Record note: materials", at which time the recording is saved to the materials folder, or better yet the materials appendable note file.
